Asia Interactive Awards 2007 (AIA)

Sam bought 5 tickets for us, the Projects Team, to go collect our 'award' at The Pavilion, Far East Square. Not quite excitedly, the 3 vainpots (i.e. Irene, Junne & Audrey) started hogging the toilet at 6.15pm putting makeup, adjusting our clothes blahblah.

Ew. Exactly not the kind of place I'll be comfortable in. Not the kind of crowd that turns me on. No no no. nonono.

Teeming with well-groomed Asian men, tshirt & jeans- clad angmoh men, trying-hard-to-act-atas women (OBVIOUSLY account servicing people), I was sure we'll be huddling together in a corner.

We did. & had moderate fun! (It is an award ceremony on a thursday afterall, you can't expect wild fun, right??)

Oh, and it turned that, we didn't get any award. Instead, we walked home with a Yahoo! goodies bag each...... -_____-""" WASTE MY TIME.

I thought we're definitely winning something leh...!! Ok, we allll thought we were because in their email invitation they said that 'you will definitely bring home something good!'. YA YA YA!

And the 'something good' refers to YAHOO! GOODIES BAG. tsktsk.
