I MUST, I MUST.
So many things to do, so little time.
Speaking of saving money, it suddenly made me realise the feeling of scrimping & saving for something is actually quite shiok. The need to suffer & sacrifice in order to get something you want, actually makes you happier when you get closer & finally reaches your goal.
I used to spend mindlessly, without caring for whether or not I need that thing, or if the money is well spent, or the consequences of running dry one day. Because money came easy & timely & consistently, I spent & spent, on things that I never use, or threw away when I last cleared my wardrobe.
UNTIL NOW (that I'm working a 9.30am - 7pm office job... -_-). My actions of the past caused this cash-drought in my life. And so I had no choice but forgo my slightly-more frivolous (no, not IT Girl, or atas kind) lifestyle of the past. Sighhh.
Initially it was kind of hard. But now, I actually feel that spending is more meaningful. Not spending on every single thing, makes that things that you actually spend on more meaningful.
