junne is so 幸福!

I was brought into this world 25 years ago with two persons ready to shower me with all their love for their entire lives. Today, they've brought me up to be well-loved by many more. :)

today also marks the end of my 4-day birthday celebration with all these wonderful people!

Day 1: 29 May, Fri
Dinner at some Peranakan restaurant with the never-ending love of my life - my family! Dinner was cheap and good.

Really thumbs up to the boyfriend's keen sense of observation and attention to detail, I only mentioned to him once that I liked this cake I had in the office, and he managed to find the same cake.

And this cake was absolute Awesomeness. Everyone loved it, this is the first time I had a birthday cake that made everyone willing to dabao home to finish it.

GongGong was so cute - he made everyone sing 'Happy Birthday' thrice. Once in English and twice in Mandarin cuz he was slow. LOL.




Day 2: 30 May, Sat
O-M-G.

The night I got SO BLOODY WASTED i don't remember at least 25% of what happened the whole time.

Of what I remember, dinner at Hakata was, cramped with two unexpected guests in the small private room. But food was not bad, and we were all laughters as usual.

AND THEN, we went to Butter where Gwenne had a table reserved. AND THEN, I was made to drink like at least 11 shots (excluding the other existing-drinks on the table) by my own friends AND boyfriend. AND THEN, somehow was pulled to the member's by Gwenne, where I was made to drink EVEN more.

From Butter, I only remembered, in bits and pieces, drinking alot, dancing on the platform for 10secs, and making my way around the club and being made to drink by random friends of random friends. And the boyfriend being so caught up entertaining himself and friends and leaving me to the company of the very-high Gwenne. HMPH!

But it was good memorable fun.


Day 3: 31 May, Sun
Dinner at Azur with the 'other family', Benny's parents. :)

Was sooo hungover from the night before, I couldn't enjoy the scrumptious buffet. But still, it was heartwarming to be treated like family! :) :)

The Actual Day: 1 June, Mon
My first day of the week at work greeted with a 'very nice' Leon singing Happy Birthday when I stepped into the office. Made me laugh.

Given my not-so-good social skills in the office, that was all I was expecting for my birthday at work. So imagine my surprise when suddenly at 6pm, Charlene started singing Happy Birthday behind me with a cake. :)

I got a pretty dress, from them too! :D Oh, and some 'surprise' SK-II stuff from Leon!

And the day ended with alone-time celebration with ABNN over dinner and a pot of soothing camomile tea (while he enjoys an ice cold beer, i had to stay away from alcohol for at least a week) at La Villa, wish-talking about our future, and arguing about how ah-beng he is. Dinner was so-so only, but the ambience is really good. *hearts*



So..
turning 25 is not so bad afterall, with so many people doting on me and getting older together with me. :D

I feel so 幸福! Now I can say I'm really contented with my personal life. :)
